The Odmark Performance Pavilion, located on beautiful Round Lake in Downtown Charlevoix, is

made available for public use based upon availability, approval of use and submission of non-refundable reservation fee. The pavilion is not available for use during sanctioned festivals, shows and performances. Please contact the Charlevoix Downtown Development Authority by calling 231 547-3257 or email to determine East Park Performance Pavilion availability.

To utilize the East Park Peformance Pavilion, the following reservation process must be followed:

1. Review the East Park Performance Pavilion Use Policy.

2. Complete and submit the online East Park Performance Pavilion Use Request form at least two (2) weeks prior to the proposed event.

3. Applicants' proposed use will be approved or denied based upon the East Park Performance Pavilion Use Policy. Applicants will be notified of this decision promptly. If proposed use is approved, a non-refundable reservation fee of $50.00 for City of Charlevoix residents or $100.00 for non-residents must be received by the Charlevoix Downtown Development Authority within five (5) business days of approval notification to guarantee requested reservation.
