Upon request from the Charlevoix downtown business owners we are offering all local businesses the following employee training opportunity.
Customer Service Training
June 8th from 8-10 a.m.
June 14th from 6 - 8 p.m.
This training will focus on cultivating front-line employee’s effective communication with customers and their role as a community ambassador.
Employees only need to attend one of the sessions.
Both sessions will be held at the Charlevoix Public Library.
Provided at no cost in partnership with Charlevoix Main Street, Charlevoix Public Library, Charlevoix Area Chamber of Commerce and Charlevoix Visitors & Convention Bureau.
