What are three of your business differences that are unlike any other competitor?
We are located at 202 Bridge Street adjacent to Bridge Park, with an outdoor patio and dining room overlooking beautiful Round Lake & Bridge Park. We feature all Michigan Craft Breweries on our 32 taps, and we are open 7 days a week!
What product in your business is different from competitors?
We highlight many Michigan suppliers throughout our full, eclectic menu featuring Sandwiches, Wraps, Salads, Pizzas, Entrees, and more! We feature all Michigan Craft Beers, Michigan Hard Ciders, and some fantastic Wines from around the State.
What service does your business provide that is different from most others?
Casual Dining in a comfortable, scenic location that pays tribute to Northern Michigan & Charlevoix’s Maritime History. We focus on Great Food, Great Beverages, and Great Service.
What is your experience and background?
Richard Bergmann has 44 Years in Business Operations and Supply Chain with many years spent in the Aerospace industry. Aaron Hagen focused on Hospitality and Small Business at Grand Valley State and has spent the last 20 years creating a great experience around the Northern Michigan restaurant scene.
What is something about your business that customers do not expect?
We are open 365 days a year with a Culinary and Service staff that exceeds expectations while enjoying amazing views while dining inside on our seasonal outdoor patio.

We have great year-round employees as well as seasonal staff. Our Team has a great environment to work in with secure, year-round employment. They have great comradery and celebrate our collective success!

Does your company have a personality and an attitude, and if so, how would you describe it?
We lead a fun, casual environment that lets our team members be themselves while providing an exceptional guest experience focusing on new products and offerings from the Michigan Craft Brewing industry and our creative culinary teams’ creations.
Does your business participate in any partnerships with other local businesses (cross-promotion, sourcing local ingredients, etc.)?
We partner with the Michigan Craft Brewing Industry, running regular features, events, and special Holiday offerings. We have many great partnerships with local food producers as well!
Why did you choose to own a business in downtown Charlevoix?
Our Management Team has either lived in, or vacationed in the Charlevoix area our entire lives, and we wanted to support and grow a vibrant downtown with our unique and quality offerings.
